Aluminium Honeycomb Sandwich Panel is a superior cladding and decoration material for interior and exterior decoration, it's made from coated Aluminum sheets and honeycomb structure aluminum foil core by sandwich lamination. The coated aluminum honeycomb panel has very good resistance to sunlight, acid rain, poluted air, chemicals and scraches. The surface color can last very long time.Aluminum honeycomb panel has good heat and sound insulation performance because of the internal sandwich honecomb structure core, very popular for facade and ceiling envelope and decoration. It is also applicable in production of tables, cabinets, doors, furniture, vehicle, vessel and aviation industries.Thickness of Aluminium Skins: 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm etc.

The honeycomb panel is typically made of 5 layers: decorative skin, adhesive, honeycomb core, adhesive and back skin.
Skins: materials with high tensile and compression strength are best suited to being skins,such as aluminum, galvanized steel, stainless steel, Titanium zinc alloy, copper, fiberglass etc..
Adhesive varies widely by application: high strength, high temperature, low temperature etc.
Honeycomb Core: a variety of honeycomb cores are available per design requirements for materials and cell sizes.
Thickness of honeycomb panel mainly changes with the height of inside honeycomb core, ranging from 6mm to 200mm.

Features and AdvantagesThe honeycomb panel is made with Honeycomb structure core inside, the honeycomb structures that have the geometry of a honeycomb to allow the minimization of the amount of used material to reach minimal weight and minimal material cost. The geometry of honeycomb structures can vary widely but the common feature of all such structures is an array of hollow cells formed between thin vertical walls. The cells are often columnar and hexagonal in shape. A honeycomb shaped structure provides a material with minimal density and relative high out-of-plane compression properties and out-of-plane shear properties.• Low weight.
